What is the difference between Storenvy and BigCartel?

Whenever I buy a theme how do I get it on my online store or site?
We will email you within 1-2 business days with the BigCartel theme files, and it will include information on how to upload the files to your site. For Storenvy we will email you to get the following information and we will launch it for you:

  • Your username/password (for either Storenvy or BigCartel).
  • Your logo to insert into the layout.
  • Hosting information/wordpress login (only for WordPress themes).

Can I get a refund or get another theme if i’m not satisfied with the one I bought?
We cannot give any refunds or do exchanges on our themes since the coding and material will be transferred upon purchase.

  • However if you catch us before we post anything we can do an exchange to another theme of equal or lesser value at that point.
  • We highly advise you to thoroughly reviewing the screenshots and images for the theme you buy to make sure it’s what you’re wanting.

What’s included with the purchase of the template?

  • Storenvy Templates: Full template design, coding structure, install, logo placement, homepage/categories/product page/faq and contact.
  • BigCartel: Full template design, coding structure, install, logo placement, homepage/categories/product page/cart/contact/subpage.
  • WordPress: Full template design, coding structure, install, logo placement, homepage/blog/blog post/subpage.

I want to change some things to the template design, how much will this be?

  • For color alternatives to the layout it is $25.00 extra.
  • Adding a blog and website on to a Storenvy template is an additional $300.00 (this will include a custom homepage/wordpress blog and subpages).

What’s the difference between getting a premade theme and getting a custom website?
  • Our premade themes are used by a number of other clients….while this is a great solution for a client on a budget or something who does not know exactly what they want yet, it may not be the best direction for a client who is looking to differentiate themselves and create a recognizable brand.

Why are the templates and themes so much cheaper than a totally custom website?
  • We are able to sell our themes and templates to multiple clients/customers, which in-turn generates the amount of money needed to create them. However our custom built sites are only made to be used with one certain client, so we have to charge our full rates up-front to cover the cost of creating it.

* Please note: These are our TEMPLATE & THEME prices – We are able to keep cost down for our templates and themes because they are sold as licenses to multiple users. Fully custom websites and online shops that are built to our clients specifics are significantly higher in cost.
