Terms And Agreements:
Payment:- Awaken Company LLC will begin work on the ‘Services’ listed above for Client upon completion of the ‘Payment Option’ above paired with the signing of this document.
- All payment transactions arranged through Paypal will be charged 2.9% extra to cover standard PayPal transaction fees.
- Projects with a turnaround time under 14 days or under $750.00 are billed at the ‘Total Cost’ up front unless written by Awaken Company LLC.
- Awaken Company LLC will carry out the completion of the ‘Services’ for Client in full and no refunds will be issued.
- Final payments are due within 14 days of the completion of the ‘Services’ listed above, neglection to pay within this timeline will result in the remaining amount of the ‘Total Cost’ being due plus 1.5% extra per month.
Turnaround Time:
- The ‘Services’ are set for a turnaround time of the listed days above in the ‘Turnaround Time’ section.
- The ‘Services’ can be completed before the ‘Turnaround Time’ date. If so, Client can opt to pay the remaining balance of the ‘Total Cost’ at the time of completion or wait until the ‘Turnaround Time’ is over.
- Client agrees to thoroughly reviewing previews and issuing revisions in a timely manor (expected of client: 1-3 business days). Neglection to do so could result in delays for the delivery of finished ‘Services’ at no liability of Awaken Company LLC.
- Awaken Company LLC is not held liable for hosting downtime, DNS delays or web hosting issues during the launch of any web services.
Exchange Of ‘Services’ from Awaken Company LLC to Client:
- Upon the final agreement issued by Client for the ‘Services’, Awaken Company LLC will start to finalize the ‘Services’. Awaken Company LLC will cross-browser and platform-check all web ‘Services’ to assure there are no problems with the final delivery of the ‘Services’.
- All needed design ‘Services’ and design files will be transferred to Client within 2 business days of completion.
- All web ‘Services’ will begin launching within 2 business days.
- After ‘Services’ are transferred and/or launched Client agrees to not alter any of the creations done by Awaken Company LLC. Problems that arise after ‘Services’ are transferred and/or launched to Client are held liable to be maintenanced at $25.00/hour and at a minimum of 2 hours.
- Additional add-on ‘Services’ requested by Client will be billed at an hourly rate of $25.00 or a flat fee determined by Awaken Company LLC.
Rights Of Use:
- The rights of the ‘Services’ provided by Awaken Company LLC are only to be used for Client. Duplicating the ‘Services’ for use by more than the Client is prohibited. Additional usages will be billed accordingly.
Privacy Agreements:
- All web ‘Services’ are performed with the agreement from Client that Awaken Company LLC may access password protected web services and senstive information to make the necessary changes for all web ‘Services’ we have been hired for. Client recognizes that Awaken Company LLC will not back up any existing data and new ‘Services’ will replace the old in which we were hired for.
Creative Guidelines and Miscellaneous:
- Awaken Company LLC requires one physical copy of any printed product that we've been hired to design for Client for our physical portfolio of work.
- Client is held liable to submit in depth guidelines for ‘Services’ before Awaken Company LLC will begin the contracted ‘Services’ (information gathered by phone conferences, emails, questionnaires, etc will be used in the creative process for the ‘Services’ Awaken Company LLC create).
- All artwork and web development ‘Services’ are limited to stay within the creative and descriptive guidelines that Client has discussed with Awaken Company LLC prior to the signing of this contract. Revisions outside of these guidelines will be charged by an additional hourly rate of $25.00/hour or a flat fee determined by Awaken Company LLC.
* When entering into a contract with Awaken Company LLC the Client will be held liable to uphold the entirety of our terms and agreements. A final contract with the terms and agreements specfic to the Clients project will be sent upon inquiry. We require atleast a 1/2 or 1/3 down-payment (dependent upon project pricing and will be stated in Clients contract), our contract to be returned to us signed and dated by Client before any services will begin.
