STEP 1: FREE CONSULTATION
We’ll discuss everything up front with you so there are no surprises for either of us throughout our project together....
During your free consultation we'll discuss our services with you to find the best solution for your exact needs, creative guidelines for your desired project, turnaround time for the work we're creating for you, pricing, a payment plan for your project and what both of our expectations are for the project.

Whenever we come to a final decision on what you're needing from us, we will write up a finalized contract for both of us to sign/exchange. The contract is a written record of all the details about your project, payment plan, turnaround time and information.

We are all about making sure we keep our clients in the loop from the start, and that we know the most efficient way to create your dream project from day one!

STEP 2. LET THE CREATION BEGIN
After we’ve received your exact specifications during our consultation and lined out all of the details for our contract together, we will need atleast a 1/2 up front payment.
(in some cases a 1/3 payment if the project is large scale - this will be detailed in your written contract).

When we receive the downpayment from you we immediately begin working towards perfection on your graphic design and / or web development project, based on the information we gathered during our consultation and what is outlined in our contract.

* We accept PayPal, all major credit cards via PayPal and checks/money orders.

STEP 3. WE LISTEN AND APPLY!
After we’ve took time to development a solid preview of your website and / or design project we will send it over to you for your input. During this portion of the project we ask our clients to review the design of the project we've created for any change requests or approval. This is the "direction setting" part of the project where we line out the visual design, make sure everything is looking the way you envision it, and additionally that it is up to par to our high standards.

Generally our clients will either ask for revisions and we promptly issue them, or our clients will approve the design we've sent.

- When a web design is approved we will immediately send it into the coding stages in order to develop the functionality of the site and the HTML/CSS/Backend coding.

- When a design project is approved we will finalize the artwork for print use and other needs. It will also be digitally packaged to send to you upon the final payment being made.

STEP 4. THE FUN STUFF, LAUNCH!
After you’ve submitted your approval for the final website and/or design project we will collect the final payment to satisfy our contract together. Then we will launch your new project for the world to see!

In addition we love to post our clients projects in our portfolio and blast them all over our social networks! We don't just create projects that our clients love, but we create what we love and what we're proud to show off!
